My name is Steve Potter, God's son, a husband, father, owner of Impact Fitness, business partner to Pivot Total Body Wellness. I wake up each day thanking the Lord for the blessings that He has given me and can not wait to see what He has planned for me. Fitness doesn't just encompass working out but it involves your heart, mind, and soul. Health is personal to me, as you reach your lifestyle goals, we will see what impacts you.

I have had wonderful success with Steve’s meal plans and training. One because he is my husband and two because of his daily motivation. In regards to my workouts, I really don’t have time to work out but Steve comes up with these routines that I can do with confidence when I have fifteen minutes in my day to spare. Steve has helped me refine my approach to eating so that my food choices are healthy ones. The key component that he changed for me was how I was looking at my nutrition. I can honestly say I thought I was fine in that department, give or take a couple treats here and there. The changes Steve made were eating whole foods and taking out oil. This includes using oils when I cook, instead I use vegetable broth. I know that’s why I feel more energy than I ever had before. I am so thankful for my husband.
